Subscription & Purchase Options Policy

Some HeyBear products are available as subscription purchase options, allowing customers to receive recurring deliveries at a set interval.

By purchasing a HeyBear subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Subscription Billing

HeyBear currently offers a 12-pack subscription billed every three (3) months.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You will be charged at the time of purchase for the first order.

  • Your payment method will then be automatically charged every three months for subsequent deliveries.

  • Orders will be generated and shipped automatically according to the subscription schedule.

You will receive an order confirmation email each time your subscription renews.


Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

From there you can:

  • Update your shipping address

  • Update your payment details

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Cancel your subscription


Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We may attempt to charge the payment method again.

  • Your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

  • Continued failed payments may result in cancellation of the subscription.


Changes to Subscription Products

HeyBear reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or product availability.

If a change affects your subscription, you will be notified in advance.
